In order to guarantee our profession- alism and your satisfaction, all staff must maintain a valid state license in their field of specialty, at- tend mandatory trainings/in-services and must also be cleared by adequate criminal background checks before they are allowed to work in our homes or in the homes of the individuals we serve. As a practice, every personnel must have a valid physical and medical clearance allowing them to work in a home setting. Furthermore, our agency is covered by liability and professional insurance and staff must sign a pledge to maintain high professional standards in the execution of their duties. We perform regular drug tests to ensure that, staff are free from addiction from substances that may impair their judgment or seriously hinder the ability to perform their duties.
