Viana Healthcare Services is certified to provide Community Guide services within Virginia, which include General Community Guide and Community Housing Guide. Our main goal is to provide a wide range of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With this program, we provide our clients access to resources and services that further support their ability to maintain independence.
Our Community Guide services provide:
- Tenant screening
- Education and training on roles, rights, and responsibilities of tenants and landlords during the transition process
- Planning
- Resource identification
- Housing search/application process
- Transportation to and from housing viewing
- Dispute resolution
- Recertification
